Our energy and auric field can be disturbed by disharmonious frequencies. One example is modern technology and communication devices that rely on electromagnetic waves to operate; these frequencies can affect human vibrations leading to disturbances of our biological clock, compromised immunity and poor overall well-being. Over time these imbalances can lead to dis-ease and affect us in obvious ways like physical illness, pain and mental disturbances.

In addition, we pick up energies from those around us, this can be our families, those at work, but also strangers we pass in the street. If they are carrying negative low vibration energy, and we are open to it especially if we are run down, we can let that into our aura where it will bring down our own energies, lower our vibration and cause imbalance. We may experience this as feeling 'out of sorts', or bumping into things, dropping things, getting angry or emotional for no reason etc. This is a good indicator for when you need your energy clearing and rebalancing.
